Refrain from any type of technology (cellphone, computers, TV, etc.) for 2 designated hours or timing of your choice.

Do not ride a car during Shabbat

Say a Dvar Torah/ Jewish inspirational thought during Shabbat meal

Do not buy or shop for anything during Shabbat

Be happy during Shabbat

Make Kiddush before having breakfast

Do not do any type of business on Shabbat

Study Torah for at least ten minutes during Shabbat

Do not use your cellphone all of Friday night after sundown

Say the Havdalah or join in someone else's

Give Tzedakah before lighting candles
